Feel the roar! Dinosaurs are ready to return from extinction and invade Ballantyne again November 18 – 27.
Visit Ballantyne’s Backyard for an epic up-close and personal dinosaur attraction for the whole family. The Jurassic Encounter, presented by Drink. Eat. Relax. Events, will transform the park into a walk-through adventure with more than 50+ static and moving, life-like dinosaurs that entertain and educate.
Families will enjoy digging for dinosaur bones, shopping, food, free photo opportunities, a bouncy house and games.
This experience allows guests to walk amongst the dinosaurs at their own pace. See all the exhibits in an hour or spend the whole day roaming the park!
The exhibit runs for ten days only, and it’s a perfect outing for ALL dino enthusiasts!
November 18:
2 – 6 p.m.
November 19 – 27*:
10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
*The exhibit will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 24.
Tickets start at $19 per person, and advance purchase is encouraged. Kids under three are free. Souvenir prize pack add-ons are available for the kiddos.
Ballantyne’s Backyard is located at 11611 N. Community House Road, Charlotte, NC 28277. There’s plenty of free parking, and pets are welcome.
