In its ongoing efforts to elevate the office customer experience, Northwood Office continues to invest in spec suites, also known as “speculative suites.” Spec suites are created with the aim of ease for the office user, offering move-in ready space for maximum convenience.

The firm is taking a contemporary approach to designing spec suites, with the Hixon Building’s third-floor project being the most recent example. With suites ranging from 2,000 to 6,700 square feet at Hixon, expect a modern take on work, complete with high-end finishes and pops of color with a custom feel.

Neutral backdrops at each suite entry allow for tenant customization. There is a focus on bringing light and surroundings in, complementing the office experience.
