Coffee is brewing. Your phone pings. You grab your keys, and off you go to the office. On the way there, you receive calls and more pings; it is going to be a busy day. After meetings, a quick lunch break and answering emails, it’s 5 p.m., and you head home, tired but satisfied. Once there, you eat, you rest, and it’s time for bed. Where did the day go?

Is it possible to take care of yourself when life is this hectic? The answer is YES. Use these 10 tips to incorporate more wellness into your busy lifestyle.

1. Break up your workout into two parts: The recommendation for all healthy adults is to get 150 minutes of exercise per week. Doing a 15-minute workout in the morning and another 15-minute workout in the evening gives you 30 minutes total for the day. Do this five times per week, and you will hit the recommendation!

2. Consider getting a personal trainer: Having accountability by making an appointment with a trainer will help you prioritize your wellness instead of hitting the snooze button.

3. Walk throughout the day: Set a few timers on your phone to remind you to get up and walk around the office periodically throughout the day.

4. Schedule your workouts: Treat your workouts like a doctor’s appointment. Add them to your calendar at the beginning of the week so you can plan your days around them.

5 Create or join an accountability group: Creating a team at the office that you can exercise with before or after work can help you stay on routine. It also presents a good team-building opportunity.
