Sweat with Salata

Salata Salad Kitchen at Rea Farms is kicking off its FREE Fitness Class — Sweat with Salata Bootcamp — taught by Charlotte wellness influencer Emily Breeze and retired NFL Hall of Famer Randy Moss on Wednesday, April 19 at 6 p.m.

The Sweat with Salata Bootcamp will be held every Wednesday through the fall of 2023 at Rea Park, located behind the restaurant, and will feature free workout classes led by different fitness leaders in the community each week.

For the kick-off event on April 19, a live DJ will start at 5:30 p.m. and the class will start at 6 p.m.

This event is open to everyone; whether you’re a seasoned fitness buff or just starting out, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive environment. The bootcamp instructors will lead you through a fun and high-energy workout that is suitable for all.

After the workout, participants are invited to see what Salata is all about with its fresh ingredients, house-made dressings and abundant choices and combinations. Participants at the event kick-off on April 19 will receive a free protein upgrade with the purchase of a salad or wrap.

Sweat with Salata is free to the community. Sign-up is encouraged.
