Eastern Sour

1-1⁄2 ounces bourbon

1 ounce orange juice

1⁄4 ounce orgeat (almond syrup)

1⁄2 ounce lemon juice

Garnish: spiral-cut orange and lemon twists, tied into knots

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled, about 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over 1 large ice cube. Garnish with spiral-cut orange and lemon twists.
